RIGHT TO CANCEL & CANCELLATION POLICY
Right to Cancel (CROA)
You may cancel your agreement with Boostify Credit without penalty or obligation within three (3) business days from the date the agreement is signed.
Cancellation After Three (3) Business Days
If cancellation occurs after the three-day rescission period:
The Client remains responsible for all fees for the current billing period, including mid-month cancellations
No refunds are issued once a billing cycle has begun
Fees earned prior to cancellation are non-refundable to the fullest extent permitted by law
No prorated refunds are provided
How to Cancel
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email to:

Identify the Client
State intent to cancel
Be sent from the email address on file
Verbal requests, text messages, or social media messages are not valid.
Effect of Cancellation
Services terminate at the end of the current billing period.
All obligations incurred prior to cancellation remain enforceable.
